WOD - 081006

"Barbara" (modified to 4 rounds with no rest between rounds)
20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
4 rounds for time

time: 34:something

Talked to Dave about nutrition (he attended Robb Wolf's nutrition certification). Things to try:
1. Get majority of carbs in post-workout meal
2. Bump fat blocks 2x-5x (need to experiment)
3. Get good sleep
